Tiffany Tran serves as contracts & budgets coordinator at the Carnegie Foundation. In this capacity, she assists the director of budgets, grants, and contracts with the Foundation’s annual budget and supports the preparation of contracts for all service providers.

Prior to Carnegie, Tiffany was a global operations program manager at Google, managing vendor contracts for the company’s outsourced workforce. She also worked as a senior consultant at Deloitte, providing tax, documentation, and statement of work support for clients across tech, banking, and manufacturing industries. Tiffany is excited to transfer her corporate skills and knowledge to her work at Carnegie in order to support the Foundation’s mission of advancing educational attainment and quality. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management information systems from Utah State University.

Outside of work, Tiffany loves attending hip-hop dance classes, checking out books from the local library, and saying “cheers!” at dinners with good food and company.
