To take a successful idea and turn it into large-scale change requires more than just strategic planning.
It requires changes to the daily work habits of an organization. That’s the central point of Inside the Command Center, a recent piece in the Stanford Social Innovation Review by The Billions Institute co-founders Joe McCannon and Becky Kanis Margiotta. Joe and Becky will be co-presenters at the upcoming Carnegie Foundation Summit on Improvement in Education, from March 2-4. They will be leading a session on spreading evidence-based changes. Registration is still open for the Summit and you can find out more information on how to register here.
