Celebrating the Launch of the National Center for School-University Partnerships
We are delighted to announce the September launch of the National Center for School-University Partnerships (NCSUP) at the University of Mississippi School of Education.
The National Center for School-University Partnerships emerges from the work of the Carnegie Foundation’s Improvement Leadership Education and Development network. iLEAD focuses on strengthening relationships between school districts and universities across the country. It provides resources and implements continuous improvement strategies to improve education at all levels. By doing so, network members foster leadership and tackle enduring challenges faced by districts, schools, and the communities they serve.
Carnegie President Timothy Knowles expressed his enthusiasm: “The opening of the NCSUP is a significant milestone for the higher education and K12 community. I’m thrilled to see Carnegie’s iLEAD program take root at the University of Mississippi School of Education.
”Through improvement partnerships, professional development, and practice-based evidence, NCSUP will strive to dismantle disparities and create a more just and equitable educational system. Learn more about how you can get involved.
