Technology, Strategy Development, and Change Cycles in Networks

Technology and Collective Learning in Networks

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2022
10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. ET

The Carnegie Foundation invites you to join improvement leader Paul LeMahieu for the third in a series of four webinars on Technology and Collective Learning in Networks. This session explores how a NIC tests its theory of change by considering questions such as: How does a network verify, revise, and iteratively test its improvement theory? How do rapid, iterative change cycles help a NIC to determine if changes introduced into a system result in measurable improvement? How does social learning around tests of change lead to fresh ideation on a network’s theory of improvement? And what targeted tools and technologies can improvement leaders use to facilitate the development and scaling of a NIC?
