Facilitating Improvement Teams℠ is an intermediate-level course for individuals seeking to build their skills in facilitating small improvement teams. Through reflection and practical application, participants build understanding of improvement dispositions and how to foster them, hone skills for communicating with diverse audiences about improvement and change, and learn strategies for supporting social learning to advance an improvement aim.
Offered on our online learning platform, this self-paced course includes adaptive learning modules and application-focused assignments. Cohort enrollment may include options to participate in live webinars with Carnegie faculty as well as to receive instructor support and feedback on assignments.
