February 9, 2017
The Carnegie Foundation is pleased to announce an extraordinary learning and career development opportunity for young professionals. The Carnegie Foundation’s Post-Baccalaureate Fellowship is designed to provide recent college graduates with an opportunity to spend two years learning about and contributing to the Foundation’s quality improvement work. The Fellowship is an intensive, two-year leadership development program that introduces recent college graduates to quality improvement work in education while developing leadership skills.
Fellows receive broad exposure to Carnegie’s approach to improvement science and continuous improvement in education, while working closely with a mentor to contribute to a particular program of work. They gain a range of professional skills in the areas of education policy, quality improvement, collaborative networks, analytic writing, and group facilitation. They are also exposed to the deep expertise and large professional network of Carnegie staff, fellows, and partners. Fellows are regular employees of the Foundation and receive a salary and benefits package. Apply here.
