Voices of Improvers
The Carnegie Summit began as an opportunity to bring together a community and create a space where fellow travelers share insights with others who are dedicated to learning to improve. For the past ten years, the Summit was designed to be a convening of movement makers. As we head into the second decade of Summit, together we have an opportunity to better understand improvers’ stories of their improvement journeys and the role of Summit in those stories.
This spring we have been gathering stories of improvement journeys and Summit experiences through focus groups, surveys and video interviews from our fellow improvers. These voices will help us and the field see and learn how to better support, sustain, and deepen the improver community as we head into the future. Join the conversation where we will together make meaning of the early findings. Add your voice to the emerging story so that we can build a stronger community equipped to propel quality and equity-centered improvement work in education for decades to come.
