This session will focus on sharing and developing best practices for taking the raw output from improvement communities testing, finding the “good stuff”, packaging it, and sharing it back to benefit the wider field. It will trace the development of two change packages from two different networks, aims, and purposes through a series of distinct phases, with specific actions and examples that can be applied across all educational improvement contexts. The voices of the practitioners experiencing and contributing to these processes will be highlighted throughout.
