The Western Regional Educator Network: Leading with Empathy and Centering Equity

75-min | In-Person
Focus Areas: Equity, Diversity, and Belonging; Improvement Capability; System Transformation Toward Continuous Improvement

This session will describe network building using “human-centered” continuous improvement methods. Human-Centered Improvement prioritizes the lived experience of the people at the center of the Problem of Practice (PoP). This session presents protocols, routines, and tools that elevate the voices of those on the margins, as well as helps participants understand the extreme users from either end of the bell curve, centering the humility of the improvement mindset “possibly wrong, definitely incomplete.”
